Actually all 21th xue ji alraedy work hard for it, it is just they don't have enough experience to handle all things by themselves ny. Is me myself dunno hw to lead them loh actually.

I didn't expect that my blog will be an arena of quarelling.
I did not regret for anything, Yit Hoong.
I saw ur growth in this competition preparation. I saw ur improving responsibility thoroughly.
And actually Kai Xuan said wan meeting not actually wan "zhu chi", i admitted that i wrongly use the word, actually he wanna c whether the preparation is still smooth or not only i think.
Bcoz he had the experience.
Finally, stop any 针对性 comment in my blog and try ur best to be free of quarelling inside 学海~

真的想不到，
居然会发生这些事情。
让我们大家理智客观来思考吧！
当他人对我们有误解时，
导因是些什么呢？
我相信学海队当中，
并没有一个十全十美的学记。
但是居然是一个团队，
我们的责任不是把团队组织得更好吗？
难道互相叫骂真的有用吗？
我在学海这么久，
这样的事情不曾发生过，
不是因为我们没有吵架过，
但是吵了后我们选择一起去面对，
最重要的我们智慧面对面吵，
免得有由其他误会。
理清事实后，
谁的错应该都不重要了。
记得有一次活动后，
学长很不满意我的表现，
对我的作风不很能接受。
但是真得谢谢他们，
当时在争论后，
大家都选择把这一场架，
当成是一个讨论和学习的空间。
有什么问题，
大家开会的时候说清楚好了。
相信当你们在敬业的部落格这样争论，
他一点都不好受，
而且会给他更大的压力。
要记得，
学海一直以来能够走的这么远，
有原因的。
其中就是一家人的包容，
希望大家能看重这样的学习。
